Seeing alot of false information spread on this app regarding our store, so wanted to make a post to clarify on what exactly has been going on recently.

1. Management- When new ownership took over, there also was a change in management, unfortunately the management we had set in place didn't work out. Legally we cannot go into why but circumstances were beyond our control.

2. Staffing- Unfortunately without proper management in place, staffing was a huge issue, this in turn led to inconsistent hours, poor food quality, as well as customer service.

3. HVAC- At the worst possible time in the hottest of months our HVAC system completely broke down, resulting in us having to close early or close entirely for the day when temps rose and made unsafe working conditions.

We know there is no excuse for letting down our customers and those loyal to Fox's Pizza. We take full responsibility and want to sincerely apologize if you have been affected in anyway.

With all that being said we now have new Management in place, working on getting more fully staffed so we can cater to our customers needs they way you deserve. While there may still be a few hiccups in the near future, we just ask for patience. We just want to say thank you for any and all support, from our Den to Yours.
