☕️ Congratulations to Katie King for winning our National Coffee Day basket! Katie’s grandmother used to help manage Mexico Market in the 1990’s and early 2000’s. How fitting for her to win!

Salad of the week- Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

29/09/2026

It’s Goose Day in the Juniata River Valley and we’re here to help you celebrate (and no we’re not gonna make you eat a Goose Salad Hoagie…but that’s a thought for next year 🤔). Instead, we’re following the BlackBerry part of the tradition and have a delicious Wild Mountain BlackBerry Sundae for you to try out! For one day only (or while supplies last), you can have your Wild Mountain BlackBerry Ice Cream drenched in BlackBerry sauce and topped with Whipped Cream and a Cherry….served in an adorable Goose bowl with Goose topper! We’re pretty sure the good luck and prosperity you supposedly get from eating Goose in Mifflin and Juniata Counties on September 29 also extends to BlackBerry, so after your delicious Goose dinner at one of the local restaurants, come over here and extend your luck with dessert! If you’re not from around here and need more info on Goose Day, check out www.jrvvisitors.com. Juniata River Valley Visitors Bureau
