This Sunday, The Eis House will be closed as we join family, friends, and our community in celebrating the life of Jason Poissant at the VFW at 2:00. The fact that I’m writing this is still so unbelievable. Our hearts, along with the rest of the community, are crushed.
Jason was much more than a familiar face at Eis, he was a dear friend to our family (as well as the original owners) for over 30 years. He loved and lived SOO BIG ❤️
Jason was the most devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, neighbor, coach, entrepreneur, and friend you could ever have. He lived his life with a kindness and generosity that was contagious and palpable. His infectious smile, quick wit (aka world’s biggest bullsh*tter) and ability to make people laugh will never be forgotten.
Anyone who knew Jason knew that he brought a competitive spirit to just about everything he did. Whether it was a friendly game of darts, co****le, or any bar game that happened to be nearby, Jason played to win and make the losers weep with some good natured trash talk along the way.
He is already missed so much and will forever be missed by so many.
If you would like information on ways to support Jason's family during this time, please feel free to reach out to us privately.
Please keep Julie, their children, and the entire Poissant/Robinson/Dann family in your thoughts-they lost one of the best 💔
