What a weekend! 👏

We kicked things off Friday at the annual Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament, serving up smoked bologna and sausage bites along with a new signature drink we’ve been working on, our Peach Bourbon Sweet Tea. 🍑🥃⛳ We wrapped up the evening back at the restaurant with live music from The Stoneshiners and a great crowd on the patio.

Saturday was spent catering and bartending a beautiful wedding, where we had the opportunity to serve up a delicious pasta bar and help celebrate a special day. 💍🍝

Sunday brought a couple of catering pickups before we shifted our focus to getting the restaurant stocked, prepped, and ready for another busy week ahead.

We are incredibly grateful for the continued support from our customers, catering clients, community partners, and everyone who chooses Pig Up & Go. ❤️🐷
