We didn’t stop at the main course last night. dessert came in strong with a trio lineup: tres leches cake, rich triple chocolate cookies, and our signature red velvet shooters. The perfect sweet ending to a great night!

Tonight we had the absolute honor of catering a full fajita feast with all the fixings for Limestone Christian Academy and let’s just say, it did NOT disappoint! 🌮🔥

From sizzling fajitas hot off the grill to all the fresh toppings, homemade sides, and everything in between, it was a night full of great food, great people, and even better memories. Nothing beats seeing everyone come together, building their perfect plate, and going back for seconds (and thirds… we see you 👀).

We’re so thankful to have been a part of such a fun night Limestone Christian Academy, y’all know how to eat! Until next time! 🙌

Tonight was a first for us—catering for CASA of Freestone County/Limestone County at their bingo fundraising banquet!

You really can’t go wrong with fajitas on the menu 🔥 We paired them with our famous blackberry salad and my personal favorite—Mexican street corn. Add in refried beans, homemade tortillas, and all the fajita fixings… and it was a night to remember!

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a great event!

Bridal shower this Saturday afternoon 💍

So thankful for the team stepping in and handling everything so well when I couldn’t be there. It means a lot knowing things are in such good hands!

They put together a beautiful grazing table alongside a full-service meal featuring lemon pepper chicken and prime rib, served with brown sugar green beans, scalloped potatoes, and fresh rolls.

Everything looked incredible and came together perfectly!

We were honored to be invited back to serve dinner for the Limestone County Cancer Support Group. It’s always special getting to see familiar faces and be part of such a meaningful evening.

With a western theme for the night, brisket and pulled pork were the stars of the menu, served alongside plenty of fixings, potato salad, baked beans, strawberry spinach salad, onions, pickles, and fresh bread. Let’s just say no one should have gone home hungry!

To finish the night, we set up a full 360° dessert table featuring a classic favorite, banana pudding, a newer crowd favorite, red velvet cake shooters, and making their debut tres leches cupcakes.

Thankful for the opportunity to serve and be part of a great evening with a wonderful group. 🤠🍽️

Our last catering job of the year wrapped up with a familiar favorite loaded baked potatoes for Hubbard ISD!

It’s always a joy serving teachers and staff right before the holiday break. Thank y’all for the continued support over the past couple of years it truly means so much to us.

2025 has been a huge year for Fork & Spoon Productions. We’ve consistently doubled our number of catering jobs year after year, and that growth wouldn’t be possible without our amazing clients and community.

We’re incredibly grateful and excited to head into 2026 ready to serve even more. Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday season and God bless! 🎄🤍🍽️
