As summer approaches and my sisters’ baby is about to head on to Sandy island for her second summer on staff, of course my phone is bringing up memories! We realize how to be in the moment, we just don’t realize how much we will treasure these days from the past. This was Friday. Water carnival day. My sister was just amazing and I miss her every day! If you have the pleasure of calling your sister on the phone and laughing, or sharing what your kid just did to make you laugh. Treasure it….. one day you will be longing for those phone calls; and they’ll be a thing in the past.
