This is based on a real customer support question. Sometimes life happens!

We want those containers back quickly so they can be used again (and again, and again). But we also know that things happen—phones take an unexpected swim, plans change, and sometimes you just need a little help.

So don’t worry. You don’t need to dive into the ocean for your phone or stress about your container.

We’ll figure it out with you.

Because when life throws you a curve ball (or your phone into the ocean), returning a container shouldn’t add to the stress.

There's a new global symbol and color for reuse. 💜

PR3 has launched a global Reuse symbol to make reusable packaging and reuse systems easier to recognize and support. The symbol differentiates reusable products from recyclable and other single-use waste, to ensure consumers keep reusable items out of recycling, landfill and other waste streams.

As it's adopted, you'll start seeing it on reusable cups, bottles, containers, return bins, and signage—making it simpler to know what's reusable and where to return it. Over time, we will roll it out with new Recirclable reusables too!
