Happy National Oyster Day! 🦪🎉

Today’s the perfect excuse to grab a dozen (or two) of your favorite Gulf oysters.

Whether you love them raw, charbroiled, jacked up or fried, we’ve been serving up fresh Louisiana oysters with an ice-cold drink on the side for over 90 years.

Tell us your go-to order! ⬇️ Raw, Charbroiled, Jacked Up or Fried?

🔥 Big Flavor. Traditional Cooking. 🔥

We’re proud to highlight that we’ve eliminated seed oils and cook exclusively with beef tallow.

Why beef tallow?
✔️ A traditional cooking fat
✔️ Ideal for high-heat cooking
✔️ Rich, savory flavor
✔️ Made with simple, quality ingredients

We stay true to the way great food should be made—with quality ingredients and a commitment to serving the best meal possible. Come taste the difference.

P.S. We have worked to eliminate artificial dyes from our hot sauce. More news on that coming soon! 👀
