Ever wonder what the BEST MEATBALLS in the entire state of Louisiana look like?? WONDER NO MORE 😘😝🤩

We've been making these by hand using the same recipe for, literally, generations. They're not fancy, they're just great. Consistency - that's what we're aiming for here. Upholding tradition, legacy, and the original flavor at all costs.

What does tradition mean to you? And how important is tradition around here now? All these new restaurants opening up, none of them doing things the old way. Interesting new concepts, sure, but who is holding down what makes our home special?

Red Beans are up! 🫘That Manda smoked sausage though!!! And NO we do not have red beans every day... just MONDAY! And don't forget the corn bread!
..the rice is unsalted and there are no vegetables visible in the dish...😂🤣😜 inside joke... IYKYK

“Look at this Butterflied Flounder -unbelievable. People are saying it's the greatest Flounder they've ever seen, maybe ever.
The fry batter? Perfect. Nobody does fish like this, nobody. Fury’s Restaurant, they're doing a tremendous job, really tremendous. You put this on the plate, it's game over. Five stars, maybe six. Believe me.”

Tuesdays at Fury's are for our restaurant family!

We have some of the best specials of the week - like Two Porkchops for $16.95, and a Grilled Chicken Salad for $15.95 - along with the classic liver and onions!

It's a slower pace on Tuesdays, but that's why we have half off our house wines too!

Every once in a while we need help responding to a review. Really not sure what to do with this one. ...vegetables in red beans and rice?? Salted rice?? HELP PLEASE

Here's the 3-star review: "...The catfish side was plentiful and enjoyable. The red beans and rice, though, was underwhelming. The beans were creamy and tender, but I didn't see any vegetables in the pot, and mine had no sausage, just a few bits of ham. The rice was noticeably unsalted. I tried the smoked sausage from my dining partner and it was very smoky in a classic, traditional way."

He chose catfish but was expecting it to come with smoked sausage? "bits of ham" meaning pickled meat?

Fresh Crawfish Etoufee getting cooked up!! 🦞 Hungry yet?!

If you haven't tried our etoufee, you are missing out. It's the fresh Louisiana boiled crawfish, our holy trinity cooked nice and slow, and just the right amount of seasoning, all made with real love. We put it up against any etoufee in the entire city.
