Keswani with his wife Anila Keswani opened Taj Mahal, to satisfy his creative urges for cooking, and to bring Indian Culture to New Orleans, thru FOOD! Nothing conveys culture like FOOD! Today you can find Anila Keswani hovering in the restaurant, like her living room, she greets everyone, with her jubilant heart, and makes sure no one leaves hungry.
