Updated Schedule guys! 📅 ✨️

🚨 NEW SCHEDULE IS HERE! 🚨

This Sunday, we’ll be taking the trailita on a little road trip to Springfield, Louisiana! 🚐☕️✨

For this Sunday only, we’ll be stepping away from our usual spot at the Harahan Farmers Market to have a very special first-time experience in Springfield. And y’all… this will also be our FIRST TIME EVER headed to the Westbank! 🥹❤️

We absolutely love seeing our Harahan community every Sunday, so don’t worry — we’ll be back at the Harahan Farmers Market next Sunday! 🫶🏽☕️

For now, we’re excited to take Café Chimal on the road, meet some new faces, and share a little piece of Mexico in every cup. 🇲🇽☕️

Westbank Community & Springfield, Louisiana… Café Chimal is coming your way! 🚐💨❤️

THE TRES LECHES LATTE RULES: ☕🥛

If you’re drinking a Café Chimal Tres Leches Latte, there are RULES. 😂 And yes… they matter if you want the full experience!

RULE #1 — DO NOT RUSH IT.
This isn’t your regular latte. Take your time with it. Every sip is part of the experience.

RULE #2 — GIVE IT A LITTLE SWIRL.
Before your first sip, gently swirl your drink so all those tres leches flavors can come together. Don’t shake it like crazy — just a good little mix. 🤎

RULE #3 — START WITH A SMALL SIP.
Your first sip is just to taste the espresso, milk, and sweet tres leches flavor together. Let it sit for a second. 👀

RULE #4 — SIP FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
As you continue drinking, you’ll get different layers of flavor. Take your time and let every sip do its thing.

RULE #5 — NO STRAW CHUGGING. 😂
We’re serious! If you finish the whole thing in five minutes, you skipped the experience!

RULE 6 — SAVE THAT LAST SIP.
The final few sips are where everything has had time to come together. Don’t waste it!

RULE 7 — IF YOU LOVE IT, TELL US.
Because we made it with a whole lot of love. 🤎

And most importantly…

RULE 8 — ENJOY YOUR CAFECITO.
There’s no wrong way to drink your Tres Leches Latte… but if you want the FULL Café Chimal experience, follow the rules. 😌☕️

Loved your Tres Leches Latte? 👀🥛☕️

Well… there you go! Come get yourself another one! 😂 We won’t ask questions, we’ll just have your cafecito ready. 🤎

Because one Tres Leches Latte is never enough! 🙌

Café Chimal’s official Tres Leches Rule:
Sip slow. Swirl gently. Enjoy every drop. 🥛🤎

And just like that, we say goodbye to our Cajeta Lattes! 🤎
..... We’re so happy to hear that everyone who ordered one was satisfied, and it honestly made us so happy to see how much love and how many orders they received! 🥹 We wanted to make room for something sweet & salty because, of course, like we’ve said before, we always listen to everyone and everything! 👀🧂 And now… our very first sweet & salty drink is FINALLY here! 🤎✨

We gotta give it to our little one! Our mini future BARISTA! ☕️☕️🥹🥺

SHE CALLED IT WAY BEFORE WE OPENED THE TRAILER!! She always wanted to play outside with the trailer and said we'd get very busy!😆🫢 she always wanted to be our little cheerleader and that is exactly what she's become for us, although she doesn't come around much on our busy working days 😂😂🤣. Little did she know that everything she said has actually turned into a reality for us! It brings me so much happiness to experience this new venture with my little twinkies!🥰😍😍🥺🥹

My princesas forever! 🌸 ilysmmmm Meredith! ✨️☺️ im soo proud to have you as my daughter.

Vamos por un cafécito! ☕️🚚🚚🌻
