Hello, all. I am so happy that the weather finally appears to be changing and the lows will be in the 40s and 50s! I have a very limited amount (4 pounds)of tri tip chili currently available for sale. I am off this week from school, so feel free to let me know if anyone wants the good stuff. I can deliver around 4 miles from the FOE if you purchase at least 2 pounds. Thanks!

We will be offering tacos tomorrow at the Good Local Markets! Bacon/Carne Asada/Pulled Pork and egg breakfast tacos and Carne Asada and Pulled Pork tacos! And, of course, pounds of glorious chili! Come and get it!

Some news: I've been holding on to a bunch of Hatch chilies for the last few months in my freezer. I feel like the time is right to make another batch of Hatch chili! Therefore, I will be offering both my "regular" Tri tip chili, along with a Hatch version. Both will be available at The Shindig Food Park on Thursday and The Good Local Markets this Saturday and Sunday (delivery is available, as well, with at least a 2 pound purchase). Having said that, I will only have around 20 pounds of each, so let me know as soon as you can so that I can get you on the list! Thanks!

Announcing a new menu item to this week's Good Local Markets. Along with XL bacon wrapped hot dogs, Tri Dips, and bowls of chili, we'll be offering pulled pork sandwiches! The weather should be good, so come on down and look around and eat some lunch!

I am very excited to announce what will be offered at the Good Local Markets this weekend. Along with bows of chili (w/ diced onions, jalapenos, and shredded cheddar), I will be serving Tri Dips, XL large bacon wrapped dogs, AND, for this weekend only, corned beef sliders (served with swiss, sauerkraut, and stone ground horseradish mustard)! Of course pounds of bagged chili will also be sold! Hours on Saturday are 8:00-1:00 and Sunday 9:00-2:00! Come get you some lunch and shop for some quality market merch!
