Syrup & Salt is looking for a motivated, hands on Assistant Manager to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. If you thrive in a fast paced restaurant environment and love supporting both people and operations, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
• Lead by example and help coach, train, and motivate team members
• Maintain high standards for guest service, cleanliness, and food safety
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures
• Step in wherever needed to keep the floor running efficiently

Requirements:
• Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a high volume environment
• Reliable, professional, and team oriented
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Pay:
💰 $40,000 to $50,000 annually, based on experience
