We’ve all heard of the pineapple on pizza debate, but how about pineapple on fried rice? We think yes! 😄👍🏼

Our Thai inspired Pineapple Fried Rice consists of your choice of protein, eggs, chopped green onions, bell peppers and pineapple chunks cooked with a Thai chili based seasoning, topped with cashews.

Anyone who said tofu is bland hasn’t tried Mapo Tofu - a dish full of flavor and spice, perfectly balanced with a side of rice.

Ginger Zing’s version of Mapo Tofu is cooked with diced BBQ pork in a garlic, chili sauce topped with green onions. For our vegetarian consumers, this entree can be made without BBQ pork upon request.
