🚨 New Pizza Special! 🚨
This one is a bit of an odd combination, but it’s delicious! It’s our Corn and Salsa Macha pizza. If you’re not family with salsa macha, you could call it a Mexican chili crisp. It’s a very tasty mixture of dried chilies, garlic, peanuts, and sesame seeds, cooked in oil till crispy. (Incidentally, it has nothing to do with matcha, the beverage.)
On this pizza you’ll find mozzarella, scamorza (a smoked cheese), roasted corn, castelvetrano olives, speck ham, aged Gouda, and salsa macha. Like I said, odd combo but really good. (We’re happy to leave the speck off for you if you don’t eat pork/meat.)
For those with allergies, please be aware that salsa macha contains peanuts and sesame seeds.
