A New Chapter — Built from Resilience

The last few year’s haven’t been easy.
I’ve quietly been dealing with challenges with my body — the kind that slow you down, force you to pause, and make you rethink everything. At the same time, I made the hard decision to close Herb ’n’ Smoke. It felt like everything I was building was slipping away.

But in that space, something new started to take shape.

Today, I’m proud (and a little nervous) to share my next chapter:
BudgetPhotoBoothAZ — a fully digital, budget-friendly photo booth service made for unforgettable events here in Arizona.

I created this with intention: something lighter, something joyful, and something I could grow without pushing my body past its limits. It’s a reflection of the strength it takes to rebuild when everything feels uncertain.

If you’ve ever struggled, pivoted, or started over — I see you. And I’m with you.
Thank you for supporting me through every phase.

Well hey there!
It is our last item of herb n smoke. We have officially made the decision to close the business forever. # want to thank my family for believing in a project that inspired me to be better. Thanks to all of our kick ass employees we have had through the years.
We are closing this chapter and are opening another.
new beginnings my friends!
DONT THINK I FORGOT ABOUT ALL THE LOYAL CUSTOMERS, . We will always cherish the memories we all shared. 2017 - 2022 cheers and we’re out!

Today I am writing about some unexpected heavy hearted news.

We are shutting down our downtown Mesa restaurant.

Unfortunately health, not able to find employees, Unexpected loans, Unemployment killed small businesses.

We will live on thru our food truck in the near future. Stay tuned for this crazy adventure.

Warning: If you look directly at our burgers, you will experience intense hunger. Herbie Burger - Herbie Burger- We start with our fresh Angus beef patty, then comes the cheese. (American) then pulled pork, sweet BBQ, pickles, and topped with a toasted brioche-style bun. Comes with fresh hand-cut fries. Add a patty for $2.00

Fridays 11 to 8
Saturday 8 am till 9pm.

With breakfast burritos, tater tot dishes, and some secret items.

🌯Surprise! will be popping up this weekend only at the market with their delicious breakfast burritos. We’ll only have a limited amount, so make sure to pick up a brisket, pulled pork, or vegetarian burrito in the morning from our info booth!

Main for all burritos:
Green Chile
Potatoes
Eggs
Bacon bits (brisket and pork only)
Cheddar cheese

Welp we finally did it. We were fortunate enough to have one of our good friends buy our 26 food trailer and we were able to purchase this beauty!!!

Food family helps each other, and grows together!

Cannot wait! The truck will have some of the restaurant menu and our rotating menu! Comfort food!

Alright thank you to all the folks that told us our website was down. I have gone in attached the domain again and it should be back up within 48 hours.

Today we have ribs, smoked sausage, and plenty of brisket and pulled pork. Come in and have a beer & bbq!
