I grew up watching my family prepare delicious meals with love, making their own seasonings from home grown spices and natural ingredients of which many are from Africa. My goal is explode the tastebuds of anyone who indulges with my Caribbean food savoring the real spices and natural flavors. Tamara has a passion for food but healthy dining is key.
