We released our Java Scouts coffees just the other day. Now, pardon me while I drool over THIS recipe!

Those fancy Cookies get me every time. Sweet shortbread, dipped in chocolate and caramel with a slight hint of coconut...This is an Island Drink in my book!

Ultimate Cocoamoa Cold Brew:
Serves 2

Shredded Coconut (optional)
12 oz. Cold Brewed Cocoamoa Coffee
Coffee Ice Cubes
1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Demerea Sugar
2 Tbsp Caramel Sauce, plus extra for drizzle
2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup, plus extra for drizzle
Whipped Cream, Optional

If desired, rim your tumblers with Shredded Coconut by first dipping in chocolate syrup and then dipping in coconut. Place 1 Tbsp each of both Caramel and Chocolate Syrup, into the bottom of 2 tumblers. Fill each tumbler with Coffee Cubes (this is done so your drink does not become watered down). Froth your Coconut Milk and your Demerea Sugar. Pour Cold Brewed Coffee equally into tumblers. Pour Frothed Coconut Milk on top. If desired, top each drink with whipped cream and extra chocolate or caramel drizzle and a sprinkling of shredded coconut. Enjoy!
