The McElaneys, area residents, purchased Island Pancake House on Merritt Island in August 2025, and love delighting customers with the best and most relaxing breakfast on the Space Coast.

We have closed the restaurant early today due to a fire in the area that has caused power outages to over 800 customers. The power outage is expected to continue until approximately 2 PM today. We will be open tomorrow!

Hello customers! We have this beautiful semi private space that doesn’t get used Monday - Friday. We would love for you to reserve it for your group meetings, corporate get togethers, etc!! This seating area can hold up to 50 people and we can arrange the tables as needed. There is no additional fees to reserve (it’s just the cost of your meals!)
