Sold out June! Should have posted this a week or so back but we’re crazy busy with catering. The refrigerators are bursting and the smokers are fired non-stop. The weekdays are filled with corporate employee/customer appreciation events and the weekends are full with graduations, birthdays, reunions, and spring weddings! We have capacity for July onward but filling up fast so reach out if you have something going. We’re located in Merrimack, NH and travel about 1 hour or so within the state. Thank you!

With the smoke rolling this morning on a smoker full of catering I found myself with a little time before the BBQ was ready. Hungry, I decided to check out the new Steam Cafe on DW here in Merrimack. Very happy I did! The place was jamming but the service was quick. I estimate i was in there maybe 5 minutes total. Considering I ordered a breakfast sandwich that’s pretty impressive. The owner Tom was friendly as he worked. The breakfast sandwich (pictured) was fantastic! They layered egg, sausage, & cheese twice so I’d call it a “double”. It was very reasonably priced ($7 and change I believe). I honestly feel he could charge a couple more bucks for it given ingredient costs these days. If you’re looking for a quick breakfast I highly recommend stopping in some morning. Note: they are open Wednesday- Sunday.

MAY IS OFFICIALLY SOLD OUT!
We are blown away! Thanks to an incredible lineup of catering events, we are officially SOLD OUT for the entire month of May. Our refrigerators are bursting, the smoker space is 100% reserved, and the team is ready to rock.

The durby on May 23rd in Milford offers a public, family-friendly event that features stocked fishing, cash prizes, and great BBQ! The event runs from 8 AM to 4 PM at 431 Elm Street. Sold out! A little bit of a delayed post as we didn’t have time. With the rain today we made it a little longer and sold out around 3:20 PM. We needed to hussle and clean up to make it to the transfer station before it closes for two days (don’t want trash hanging around until Tuesday). We’ll be back next Saturday (5/9) then we’re off-site for a couple weeks for Saturday commitments.

We’re back this Saturday, 5/2, serving it up at our homebase in Merrimack! We start serving at 11:30 AM and we go until the meat runs out (which is usually around 3 PM). If you want the good stuff, get here early! 🏃‍♂️💨
