Bite Me Kupcakez has been baking up delicious gluten-free goodies since May 2011. Founder and baker, Debbie Atamanchuk, began cooking and baking gluten-free after her daughter, Rebecca, was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. Debbie was determined to make sure Rebecca could still enjoy all her favorites—a life without bread, pasta, cookies, and cake just didn’t seem fair. And so, she began her quest

to the perfect gluten-free substitutes. After years of experimenting with everything from rice flour to corn and coconut flour, she did! If you drove by Bite Me today and noticed things looked a little chaotic, it’s because our little Bite Me TLC project officially started. 💕
Today we brought the staff together to talk about the future of Bite Me, new updates, new menu items with more allergy friendly options, new website and bringing Bite Me back to the heart of what Debbie always wanted it to be.
We started this process on my mom’s birthday, and today also marked one year since my dad passed, so it was definitely an emotional day. But being surrounded by people who truly love Bite Me meant everything. 🤍
Our goal is to have everything finished by June 27th, my Nana’s birthday. Keep watch for more updates along the way. ✨
