📣 A LITTLE SCHEDULING PSA FROM THE DINING ROOM AT The Museum at Lassen's Resort

As our season at Lassen’s Resort begins to wind down, we have a few schedule changes we want to make sure everyone has on their calendar!

The Dining Room will NOT be operating:
❌ Wednesday, September 9
❌ Wednesday, September 30

But don’t worry... you still have a few chances left to come dine with us before we pack up the kitchen for the season!

We’ve had such a fun summer serving lunch and dinner along the lake, and we’re not quite done yet! Come see us for your favorites, enjoy Lassen’s while the weather is still beautiful, and help us finish out our season strong. ❤️

ReMix is BUSY, our calendar keeps growing, and we need some more great people to join our crew!

We’re looking for Banquet Cooks, Line Cooks, Food Truck Cooks/Crew, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers/Kitchen Help.

Experience is great, but we’re really looking for good, dependable people who show up, work hard and aren’t afraid to jump in when things get busy.

Part-time, flexible and event-based opportunities available throughout Northwest Indiana. Pay depends on position and experience.

The Dining Room at Lassen’s Resort is OPEN TODAY from 12–7 PM and the Cedar Lake Farmers Market is happening right next door from 3–8 PM! 🛍️🌽🎶

We made the news! 🎥

REMIX has been given the incredible opportunity to partner with Nipsco to help feed Northwest Indiana residents affected by last week’s devastating storms and widespread power outages.

Thanks to Nipsco, we served the Hammond community yesterday, the Gary community today & we’ll finish in Merrillville tomorrow. By the end of these three days, we will have prepared and served 3,000+ meals to people throughout NWI who have been without power.

This has been especially personal for us & our crew because we’ve also experienced the challenges of being without power and running water at home. We know firsthand how difficult this past week has been for so many families, and we’re incredibly grateful to be able to help in the way we know best…by feeding people!

Thank you to Christine Flores WGN & WGN for including REMIX in this story, and thank you to everyone who has worked tirelessly to support Northwest Indiana during such a difficult time.

This is what community looks like. ❤️

Today, ReMix Catering & Events had the privilege of serving over 1,000 meals at NIPSCO’s community event at the Hammond Sportsplex.

After the storms and outages our area has experienced this week, being able to show up, feed people, and work alongside organizations like The Salvation Army Hammond-Munster Corps Community Center and Meals on Wheels meant a whole lot to us.

And we’re not done yet! We’ll be back at it tomorrow, continuing to serve our Northwest Indiana communities.

A huge thank you to NIPSCO for trusting ReMix to be part of this effort and to everyone working behind the scenes to help our neighbors get through a really difficult week.

Northwest Indiana takes care of its own. ❤️
