Proud to say I built this truck with my own two hands, with a whole lot of help from friends and family along the way. ❤️

Every time I step inside, I’m still amazed that the vision I had in my head actually came to life.

What started as a love for making great pizza from scratch has turned into something much bigger — an obsession, a passion, and a dream that I get to share with all of you.

There’s still a lot to learn, a lot to improve, and a lot of pizza to make. But I couldn’t be happier to have you all along for the ride and it couldn’t be possible without you.

Hey! We’re doing a collab with Willow’s Golden Pub 343 N Broad St. in Griffith during the car show for the Rock n Rail festival tomorrow, Saturday Sept 5th. We’ll be in their parking lot serving pizza from 2p til sellout. Come grab a pizza, have some beers in the bar, and check out some amazing cars. 🍕 Hey everyone! It’s been a little quiet around here… but that’s about to change!

I know I’ve been a little inactive on the Dorado Dough Co. page lately, but I’m looking forward to getting this account back up and running and sharing more behind-the-scenes content, pizza, events, and everything that goes into Dorado Dough Co. 🍕🔥

I also wanted to let everyone know where you can find us! We’ve been setting up at Cleveland-Cliffs Steel in East Chicago, Indiana, and the lot is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC — you do NOT have to work at the mill to come grab a pizza! 🍕🙌

📍 From I-80/94, take Cline Avenue North to “Steel Mill Plant 2 – Exit 5B.”

🔥 We’ll be on the lot every Monday & Thursday from 10 AM–1 PM, along with random additional days throughout the week.

Whenever we’re going to be there, I’ll post right here on the Dorado Dough Co. page, so follow along and check the page for updates!

Wow… what an incredible first public event.

I just want to say thank you to every single person who came out to support Dorado Dough Co. The amount of love and encouragement we felt yesterday was something we’ll never forget. Seeing so many friends, family, and new faces enjoying our pizza made all of the hard work over the past year—and the months spent building this dream from the ground up—worth it.

Hearing so many compliments about the dough, the ingredients, and the pizza itself truly means the world to us.

As with any first event, we’re already taking what we learned and using it to make the experience even better. We’re committed to improving with every event while never compromising on the quality that brought everyone to our window in the first place.

Thank you for your patience, your support, and for believing in us from day one. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to serve you all again soon.
