Our phone lines have been down since Sunday afternoon. Frontier was supposed to have a Tech out on Wednesday.
No show. No call. I reached back out to them today....they could not give me a time-table on when a rep would be out.
I do have one line to the store from a PrePaid phone....I transferred our primary number to it.
We usually have 4 lines we can answer.
Please bear with us while we rely on Frontier to fix the problem. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes with getting ahold of us and/or placing phone in orders. Our online ordering system works as normal. Thank you everyone.
