12oz Berkshire Bone in Pork chop, pounded, breaded, pan seared with cherry peppers, finished in the broiler with grated Grana Padano & Pecorino Romano.

We have been experimenting with different ways to make & had to visit to know we wanted to copy there style, phenomenal Pork chop dish. If you haven’t been, go check them out asap. Keep up the great work 🙏.

Open at 12:00 for lunch, close at 10:00.
