Craving a sweet and salty afterschool treat?? Make these Peanut Butter Brownies!! 🥜🍫 They are so delicious and you probably have everything you need in your pantry!

Brownie Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, semi-sweet or dark
4 Tablespoons butter, melted
3/4 cup oil (avocado, canola, or veggie)
4 large eggs
2 Tablespoons water
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

Peanut Butter Frosting Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoon heavy cream

1 cup mini chocolate chips, topping

Hey Friends! We’re making Sourdough Bagels on today’s episode! 🥯 These are so yummy!! Just prep the dough the night before (max 10 mins) and then the next morning they’re ready for shaping and baking!

Recipe:
150 g (3/4 cup) bubbly, active starter
250 g (1 cup + 2 tsp) warm water
24 g (2 TBS) sugar
500 g (4 cups + 2 TBS) bread flour
9 g (1 1/2 tsp) fine sea salt
20 g (1 TBS) honey
Optional Toppings: sesame seed, poppy seed, everything bagel seasoning...or you can add fresh blueberries like I did!

We're getting patriotic y’all! ❤️🤍💙🗽 Join me as I make a delicious Patriotic Flag Cookie Cake. This cookie cake is ideal for the 4th of July! It features a soft cookie base, zesty cream cheese frosting, and tasty fresh fruit. Apart from the fireworks, this will steal the spotlight!

Cookie Ingredients
•1 cup (16 Tbsp; 226g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
•1 1/2 cup (300 g) granulated sugar
•2 large egg, at room temperature
•1 tablespoon pure vanilla or almond extract
•3 cups (376 g) all-purpose flour
•1 tablespoon cornstarch
•2 teaspoon baking powder
•½ teaspoon salt

Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients
•16 ounces (452g) full-fat brick cream cheese, softened to room temperature
•6 Tablespoons (86g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
•2 and 1/2 cups (300 g) confectioners’ sugar, sifted
•1 tablespoon pure vanilla or almond extract

Topping
•1 pint fresh blueberries
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced

We’re making some yummy Maple Bacon Cupcakes just for dad this weekend! 🍁🥓🧁 This recipe is what I call semi-scratch. Which means, we're doctoring up a cake mix...so shhhhh..don't tell! 🤫

Cake Ingredients
• 1 box yellow cake mix, I like Duncan Hines
• 1 cup All-purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup sour cream
• ½ cup melted butter
• 1 cup milk, room temperature
• 4 large eggs, room temperature
• 1 teaspoon maple extract, optional

Maple Buttercream Frosting
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 pound confectioner’s sugar
• 3 tablespoons heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon maple extract

Topping
• 1 pound cooked bacon, sliced finely or crumbled
• Maple syrup for garnish

We're making a beautiful sweet treat today! These are mini Pavlovas! If you've never had one, they are a light and airy dessert with a crisp outside and a soft marshmallowy center. Fill it with whipped cream or lemon curd and top it with fresh fruit and you'll have yourself a fancy little dessert.

Pavlova Ingredients
6 large egg whites, room temperature
1.5 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp corn starch
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract

Whipped Cream
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, (very cold)
2 tbsp granulated sugar

Topping
4-5 cups fresh fruit, blueberries, kiwi, raspberries, sliced strawberries, etc
Mint leaves, for garnish, optional
