Hey all!
We will not be serving out front of 127 saloon tonight
We like to keep it consistent if possible;) but we have a private party tomorrow that’s gonna need some serious prep for that. The broth, noodles & topping are very fresh typically if we serve at 10:30pm that means at 10:00 I’ll still be in the kitchen slicing or portioning. It’s always worth it to me to make the food this way. Anyway, I’ll miss you all and I’ll be seeing you on Saturday.

Attention! If you like our ramen and want to check it out we are doing a special pop-up service at my uncles restaurant Grants Grill this Wednesday 11-sold out! It’ll be sold as a special in the restaurant.

We will be showing off all of the things we’ve been perfecting so you can see and taste what we do best especially the house made noodles (huge brag). Anyway, if you can make it out you’re in for a real treat. Everyone is excited about it.
