🍓🌶️ Strawberry Jalapeño Cowboy Jam 🤠
Sweet juicy strawberries and fiery jalapeños simmered into a thick glossy cowboy-style jam packed with smoky heat, tangy sweetness, and bold Southern flavor that’s incredible on burgers, biscuits, tacos, and cream cheese! 😍

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 45 minutes
Yield: About 4 cups

Ingredients:

* 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
* 3 to 4 jalapeños, finely diced
* 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
* 3 cups granulated sugar
* 1/4 cup apple c***r vinegar
* 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* Pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Add strawberries, jalapeños, and red bell pepper to a large saucepan.
2. Stir in sugar, apple c***r vinegar, lime juice, and lemon juice.
3. Bring mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat.
4. Stir frequently as the strawberries begin to break down.
5. Add smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
6. Simmer for 20–25 minutes until thick, glossy, and jam-like.
7. Mash lightly with a spoon for a chunkier cowboy-style texture.
8. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
9. Spoon into clean jars and refrigerate until chilled.

Pro Tip:
This cowboy jam tastes unbelievable spread over cream cheese with crackers, glazed onto grilled chicken, spooned onto burgers, or drizzled over buttery biscuits! 😋
