Grilled pork Tenderloin
2 Pork Tenderloin anywhere from 1-2 /12 pounds
1/3 cup Dry White Wine
Teaspoon onion powder
Teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Mix in medium bowl pour into gallon Ziploc bag marinate for 2 hours
Preheat grill to 450 475 place directly over hot coals or flame get a good sear on each side between 3-5 minutes depending on temperature.
Remove from direct heat and place on opposite side or the grill "indirect heat cooks this"
Continue cooking on that side of grill between 15 - 25 minutes using a meat thermometer to check temperature the base temp for pork is 140 degrees and up(I go 140 that's med rare)
When the meat is done wrap in foil and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Then cut on a bias 1/2 inch thick SERVE AND ENJOY!!!!

A few notes

Adding garlic and fresh herbs such as thyme rosemary even a dab of dijon mustard really sets this over the top!!!
Also don't be afraid of the color of the meat if it's 140 or above it's done

ENJOY AND COMMENT!!!!!
