Ingredients:�• 1 lb ground beef�• 1 medium onion, finely chopped�• 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)�• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup�• ½ cup milk�• 1 tsp garlic powder�• 1 tsp salt�• ½ tsp black pepper�• 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots�• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

* 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
* 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter
* 1/2 cup water or beef broth
* Salt & pepper, to taste
* Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder
* Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prep the Ingredients
Wash and cut potatoes if needed. Chop the onion into chunks.
2. Season
Add potatoes and onions to the slow cooker. Sprinkle in:
* Onion soup mix
* Garlic powder (optional)
* Salt & pepper
Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter and pour in broth or water.
3. Slow Cook
Cover and cook:
* LOW: 6–7 hours�or
* HIGH: 3–4 hours

One of my family’s absolute favorite meals… and honestly, it couldn’t be easier! 🙌✨

Like most keto and low-carb recipes, this one uses simple, basic ingredients and turns out amazing every time.

What you need:
• Frozen chicken tenderloins
• 1 bottle Olive Garden Italian dressing
• Himalayan salt
• 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
• A handful of grated Parmesan cheese

Just dump everything into the slow cooker and cook:
• 4 hours on HIGH
or
• 6 hours on LOW

That’s it! The chicken comes out creamy, flavorful, and so tender. My family members who don’t eat keto love serving theirs over sticky white rice, while I enjoy it just as it is.

I’m definitely a five-ingredients-or-less kind of girl, so most of the recipes I share are super simple and easy for busy days. Enjoy! ❤️

I feel like a lot of people are confused about what a true carnivore meal actually looks like, so here’s what I just ate 🍖🔥

On my plate:
• Two quarter-pound burgers with cheddar cheese
• Two all-beef hot dogs
• Chicken hearts

Everything was fried in bacon grease, which is why it’s all beautifully glossy 😅✨ And those little sparkles? That’s Redmond’s salt on top of everything.

What’s not pictured: the nearly half stick of butter I snacked on while cooking this meal 🧈😂 Also had a can of sardines about five hours earlier.

Simple. Filling. Protein-packed. Carnivore eating doesn’t have to be fancy — just real animal foods cooked in good fats. Bon appétit! 🥩
