There are not enough words to thank you all for joining us on our last day. We had a great turnout and so glad we were able to say our goodbyes. Most of you were no longer just customers, you turned into our wonderful friends. We're humbled to have been able to serve you these past two years.
As you all know we had to close our restaurant for due to our mom's health. Everyone that visited our restaurant and took a peak into the kitchen knows that she was ALWAYS there. Making everything from her handmade tortillas to her famous birria tacos.
A couple months ago mom started feeling off but we were unable to get a definitive diagnosis. That was until a couple of weeks ago when we finally got an answer.
Mom was unfortunately diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic cancer. This was a shock to us all because it came out of nowhere. Her health has declined so quickly and now she needs help full time with daily tasks. As her primary caregiver I was left with no other option but to close the restaurant, leading to a great financial strain that we did not foresee happening. We now humbly ask if any one would like to support our mom's journey through these tough times. We'll add the link in our bio and story. Once again thank you for being an amazing part of this journey with us y que Viva La Vida ๐ฎ๐ฒ๐ฝ
