To Our Dearest Patrons, Friends, and Family!
It is with great sadness that we announce the closing of our restaurant after 16 years at this location. It has been a pleasure and honor to serve you all and be a part of this community. We have sponsored many youth events, done car shows, vendor events, and fundraisers for dance companies, fundraisers for fire victims, and given many free meals to the community. We have loved being a part of this community for so long.
My husband and I have enjoyed being a part of this community and calling it home for all these years. We have made some wonderful memories and friends over the years. We will miss you all very much. Closing the restaurant was not an easy decision and came with a lot of heart ache after the landlord raised the rent more than one time and wanted extra thousands of dollars to come to double the rent.
We know there are some of you who have gift cards not used and we will honor them at our new establishment for the next six months. All gift cards must be redeemed by June 30, 2026 and after that time they will be expired. We will be having a grand opening at our new establishment in the coming weeks. Here is the information of our new location. We are sorry for those that stay in Meriden or Wallingford as it was very difficult to find a new location there. Our new location will be in Branford. We will deliver to East Haven and Branford. We will also still have Door Dash, Grub Hub, and Menufy.

Happy Thanksgiving from the Green Olive Diner. Please come join us for our last thanksgiving. We appreciate all of our patrons and their business through the years. We want to wish you all the best in life. Our last day will be this Sunday. Our doors will close at 2pm for good. If anyone is looking for restaurant equipment or supplies please contact me directly.
