When you place a delivery order through our website, our team prepares your food fresh and carefully packages it for pickup. 🍣🥢

Once your order is picked up, delivery is handled by a third-party driver through Uber or DoorDash. From that point on, the delivery service manages the driver, route, timing, and delivery of your order.

If your order is delayed, not delivered, or you experience an issue after pickup, please contact the delivery service listed on your order confirmation, as they are best equipped to assist.
