Life dealt Talbot's Taproom & Terrace some lemons last week. The pump to our well BROKE at 9 pm on Saturday evening. We were able to get an EMERGENCY crew from Book & Book to Mercer on Sunday a.m. to fix the issue, but not in time to open for business on Sunday.

So, we decided we would use those lemons and make lemonade instead of complaining.

We will be running 36 oz RIBEYES for an extra WEEK so that anyone that missed out can have another opportunity.

So, today will be treated like a new feature drop Tuesday as these features will run for a two week period.

36 oz ribeyes are BACK!

They run for a TWO WEEK business period, September 23 through October 4th.

Bob and weave.

Stick and move.

TRIO. Shrimp n grits. Sous vide 1/2 chicken. The OG. Stuffed mushrooms. Mahi tacos.

We love what we do.



Our patio will be open when this goes down. That means there will many more opportunities to grab a ribeye. Seating on the patio will be first come first serve, like always. Our bar seating is always first come, first serve as well. We believe this "levels the playing field" a bit.

Broken well pump update.

We have to CLOSE for the day. We can not get the restaurant ready in time to open at all.

We apologize.

We will do our best to make this up to everyone....possibly and EXTRA WEEK of RIBEYES.

Bad news.

We have NO WATER.

The pump to our well BROKE.

Help is on the way....but we will not be ready by Noon.

We are calling all of the reservations for the day to alert them to this fact and wanted to save anyone else a trip if possible.

Super duper sad face.

We will ALERT this page and post when we are capable of opening.
