We recently welcomed guests for an evening devoted to Chateau Montelena, the historic Napa Valley estate founded in 1882 and celebrated for its place in the famed Judgment of Paris.

Executive Chef Amber Schmitz created a five-course dinner, each dish paired with a Chateau Montelena wine. Allisun Grandy of Wilson Daniels guided the table through every pour, sharing the story behind the estate and the glass.

From the first bite to the final sip, it was an evening of great wine, thoughtful cooking, and good company around the table.
