A Hidden Symbol and Some History.
When you look at our brand logo, you might notice three elephants. While the elephant is Thailand's national animal, the reason there are three is because it represents three generations of family tradition.
When you order your food, you are tasting and enjoying a recipe that has been passed down through three generations, starting with my father, who came to the US as an immigrant. His story is one of perseverance and determination. He began as a busboy at a local Thai restaurant in Michigan during the late 80s. The owner recognized his work ethic and promoted him to the kitchen, where he became part of our family’s first generation. The rest was history...
Over the years, as a second-generation owner, I had the pleasure of making the most adjustments to an already excellent recipe passed down from my dad. Now, my kids (3rd Gen) are my business partners and closest allies in the journey of making and serving you all Thai food.
The three elephants symbolize the continuation of one generation after another — not just food and good times, but perseverance, consistency, and honest work!
Remember, when you dine with us or take out, you are making history with us. We appreciate making history with you!
