I would like to thank everyone who has stopped at Hoyt Bros. This year, also thank you to the other local businesses that have invited me to set up at their locations especially Sam Gearing at State Farm. As of today I will be closing for the season due to personal circumstance. Enjoy the rest of the summer and keep visiting the other food trucks from our local community.

Happy hump day. This week Hoyt Bros will be at State Farm on Thursday and Friday from 1030-230. Then on Saturday we will be set up at the Airfest Autorama at the Menomonie Municipal Airport from 11-3 pm. See you this week.

Make sure that you stop by and get some great food at the Dunn Co. Fair Wednesday-Sunday. We will be open for lunch and stay late every day. We will have our regular menu plus the new pie-ninis. Have a great day.

Good morning. Hope to see a bunch of you this week. I will be at Zymurgy today for trivia night, 3-7 . Then on Thursday and Friday I will be at State Farm for lunch. Next week we will be at the Dunn Co Fair. Yes the fair is back. Have a great day, stay dry and come get some great food.

3-7 tonight at Zymurgy then 1030-230 on Thursday. Friday I'm off to Green Bay for menomonie football. Then Saturday at Woodwind for a night of music. I will serve from around 4-9. See you this week.

Good morning food truck fans. This week we will be at zymurgy on Wednesday 3-7 then Thur. Fri. At state farm 1030-230. Then back to zymurgy for Sat. I'm thinking 3-whenever depending on how many people are around for the fireworks show. See you this week. Also look for my new panini, the welly. Roast beef,ham,swiss,duxelle, with or without horseradish mayo. I have retired the Monte Cristo.

Well it's looking like tomorrow will be my last day at State Farm for the season. I hope to see lots of you tomorrow before I go into hibernation. I will still have one more event on Saturday Oct. 24 at the Downsville Rec area. Snowmobile show open to the public. If you have an event sometime this fall/winter I may be able to provide catering. I am open to small parties on up.
