Tomorrow is Erin’s last day at Ally’s before she heads off to college! 🤯 Be sure to stop in and help us wish her well! She’ll be providing full service in the pub for lunch today until 2pm, and both lunch and dinner tomorrow! So come say hi, grab a bite, and help us give her a proper Ally’s goodbye!

This one is definitely bittersweet for us. Erin joined the Ally’s team back in May of 2024, and over the last two years, she’s become such a big part of our team. Throughout her senior year, she worked nearly full-time while finishing high school and became someone we could truly count on day in and day out.

We’ve gotten pretty used to having her here, and Ally’s just won’t be quite the same without her! While we’re going to miss her more than she probably realizes, we’re also incredibly excited for her as she heads off to college and starts this next chapter.

Erin, thank you for everything you’ve given to Ally’s, for all the hours you’ve spent with us, and for being such an important part of our team. We are SO proud of you and can’t wait to see what comes next.

We’ll miss you, Erin! But don’t get too comfortable… you’ll be back. That part isn’t up for debate.😘

Yesterday was Elise’s last day at Ally’s as she gets ready to head off to college!

Elise has been part of the Ally’s family since December 2022. From the high schooler who first walked through our doors to the young woman heading off to college, it’s been pretty special getting to watch her grow along the way.

Elise, thank you for all the hard work, laughs, and memories you’ve given us over the last few years. We’re going to miss having you around, but we are SO excited for you and everything this next chapter has in store!
