What started as Deboraā€™s vision has grown into something shaped by so many hands, talents, and hearts over the years.
Today, we celebrate not only her courage and creativity in bringing Mademoiselle Colette to life, but also every chef, manager, team member, partner, and friend who has helped build what Colette is today.

And most of all, we celebrate our customers ā€” the people who have welcomed us into their routines, celebrations, and communities for the past 11 years.

We are so grateful for every chapter, every person, and every moment that has brought us here.
