Join us at Oak + Violet for an intimate Winemaker’s Dinner with Chappellet Winery, featuring a guided tasting of 6 exceptional wines from one of Napa Valley’s most respected family-owned estates. Founded by Donn and Molly Chappellet in 1967, Chappellet helped pioneer mountain-grown winemaking on Pritchard Hill with a vision of crafting wines that could rival the great First Growths of Bordeaux. Since its first vintage in 1968, the winery has become known for wines of depth, longevity, and elegance, helping establish Pritchard Hill as one of Napa Valley’s most celebrated terroirs. Chef Joseph Humphrey will present a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu designed to complement the structure, richness, and expressive character of each Chappellet wine.
