Attempt number three for the best cinnamon rolls. This time I'm using my Uncle Ray's cinnamon potato roll recipe. Rest in peace Uncle Ray. More pictures to follow after they bake. One tray is with a lightly buttered pan with heavy whipping cream on top the other is with a half a stick of melted butter in the bottom and no whipping cream. We shall see which comes out better.
