Our newest specials are inspired by classic French flavors—from decadent café drinks to a hearty countryside breakfast.

🍋 Raspberry Lemonade
Freshly squeezed lemonade with raspberry.

☕ Café Île Flottante
Espresso and vanilla-bean milk topped with soft vanilla cold foam and caramelized sugar, inspired by the classic French dessert.

🍎 Tarte Tatin Latte
Espresso, caramelized apple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and steamed milk. Warm, comforting and perfect for the beginning of fall.

🍳 Breakfast Cassoulet
Slow-simmered white beans with bacon, sausage, tomato and herbs, topped with baked eggs and toasted breadcrumbs. Served with baguette.

**Cassoulet is a rustic French bean stew.

🎉 ONE YEAR OF M.B.O.B.! 🎉

This week marks one year since we opened the doors to Mendon Brunch on the Brook.

What started as an idea between two chefs became something bigger than we ever imagined.

Over the past year, there have been countless early mornings, thousands of house-made bagels, a whole lot of coffee, new dishes, packed weekends, mistakes, lessons, laughs, and some pretty incredible moments along the way.

We’ve also been fortunate enough to receive recognition we never expected and, most importantly, to meet so many people who have become familiar faces around here.

To everyone who gave us a chance when we first opened, told a friend about us, came back for another visit, left us a review, or has supported this little restaurant in any way — thank you.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and we’re just getting started.

Here’s to Year Two. ❤️

TAKEOUT ORDERS ARE NOW ONLINE

To help our team stay focused on the guests in front of us—especially during our busy weekend service—we will no longer be taking food orders over the phone.

All takeout orders can now be placed through our Clover online-ordering page. It’s quick, easy and shows the items currently available.

Our phone may go unanswered while we’re serving guests, but you’re welcome to leave a voicemail for other business-related matters, and we’ll return your call when we’re able.

As always, we do not accept reservations. Seating is first come, first served.

What a Sunday!

Today was one of our busiest Sundays since opening. By 12:30, we had sold out of nearly everything and had to stop seating tables—something we never take lightly.

To everyone who joined us, waited patiently, or showed us kindness during the rush: thank you. And to anyone we weren’t able to serve, we’re truly sorry.

Everything on our menu is made in-house, from scratch. When the dining room is full and tickets are flying, that can sometimes mean a longer wait. We truly appreciate your patience while our kitchen gives every plate the care it deserves.

We’re incredibly grateful that so many of you continue to choose our little restaurant. Your support means more to us than you know. ❤️

🍑 Peach Basil Lemonade
Freshly squeezed lemonade with sweet peaches and fragrant basil.

☕ Churro Iced Latte
Double espresso, cinnamon syrup, vanilla cold foam, and a churro.

🍫 The Kampala
A rich espresso drink featuring melted Uganda chocolate, muscovado sugar, and Madagascar vanilla bean steamed milk.

🍞 Summer Toast
Toasted sourdough topped with marinated grilled peaches, creamy stracciatella, fresh basil, hot honey, and flaky sea salt.

🥔 Four Cheese Breakfast Gnocchi
Our house-made quattro formaggio gnocchi with crispy pancetta, silky Parmesan cream, sunny eggs, and fresh arugula.

We make our bagels, breads, coffee, and now even our gnocchi from scratch—because we believe brunch should be anything but ordinary.
