Rain and cooler weather means a whole lot of fall feeling around TXSK today! Days like this call for hot coffee, something fresh from the bakery, and taking time to enjoy the seasonal change. 😉☕️

We decided this cold front was the perfect excuse to go all in on one of our favorite fall flavors — pumpkin!
🎃😍 Pumpkin snickerdoodle cookies, mini pumpkin pies, pumpkin cinnamon swirl loaf, pumpkin-scored sourdough, and pumpkin spice lattes are all making an appearance!

First mini pumpkin pies of the season, y’all! 😍🎃

Pumpkin has earned its place as the ultimate fall pie. Our pumpkin custard is made with a warm blend of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and allspice, then baked in our shortbread pastry crust. 😋🥧

We made them mini to keep portions in check, because let’s be honest… if this pie came by the slice, would you stop at just one? 😂

Wednesday specials? Yes, please! ☺️

We know you missed them… Andrew and Melissa Burnard sausage rolls are back starting this week 😉 Your choice of classic pork or beef and cheddar. These flaky pastries make for the perfect quick, protein-packed breakfast ✨

Today only, we also have fresh pumpernickel bread 🍞🤎 If you’re new to pumpernickel, it’s known for its deep, earthy flavor, hearty texture, and excellent keeping quality. It’s wonderful toasted with butter or piled high with sandwich fixings, especially turkey or ham. Simple ingredients transformed into delicious bread. You simply can’t go wrong 🥰

Last but not least, our fried rice will be making its way to the cooler later today! Stir-fried vegetables, jasmine rice, and a little sweet chili sauce on top. It’s a classic comfort meal 😌

Pumpkin painting, spiced sweets, and a fall evening with the community - are y’all ready for Fall Fest? 🥰🍂

Tomorrow (Sunday, October 11) come see us from 6–8 PM at the Historic 1904! They’ll be train rides for the kiddos, pumpkin painting and festive games. TXSK will have fall desserts and drinks for the kids and the grown-ups who came along, too. 😉

Guess what’s back? Our seasonal pumpkin loaf is here starting today! 🎃🍞

Moist pumpkin cake with a cinnamon sugar filling and buttery streusel topping. It pairs beautifully with a fall coffee, from our Toffee Nut latte (caramel + pecan) to a classic Pumpkin Spice. It’s seriously delicious! 😋

We’ve got a good Wednesday going at TXSK! ☺️🌿

If you’re already planning for lunch, our fried rice is on the menu today! 😋 Stir-fried vegetables, jasmine rice, and a sweet and spicy chili sauce on the side. It’s a generous portion with enough for two servings — but we fully understand if there’s nothing left for later 😂

We’ve also got our new Chicken Bacon Wraps available! It’s our very own BLT-style wrap with grilled chicken, cheddar, and ranch dip. Filling but light, and absolutely delicious ☺️🥓🌿

Last but not least, Mark with Wilson’s Sharpening Services will be set up sharpening knives, scissors, garden tools, and more 🔪✂️ So if you’ve got something at home that’s been getting duller by the week, today’s a good day to finally get sharpening checked off the to-do list and make everyday jobs a little easier.

Lunch for you, sharper tools for home - we’ll call that a productive Wednesday 😉
