Meet our new grill cook! Tim and his wife moved to Mena about a year and a half ago! They've been traveling, camping and hiking this area for more than a decade. After traveling cross-country for a few years, they decided to fulfill their dreams of living here in the Ouachita Mountains. Tim’s hobbies include woodwork, leather craft, building and a little bit of everything!

He's been cooking since he can remember, but his love of cooking for others really grew with his chef experience at a fine dining restaurant in Minneapolis before he and his wife made their adventure on the road.

He is honored to be a part of the Skyline team, and has said that he already feels like part of the family. So far, Mena has welcomed him with open arms and we look forward to doing great things together in the future!

Our lunch special is this loaded Italian salad with 4 meats, Mozzarella, olives and more! Served with homemade dressing and garlic bread!
