Each month, will honor a specific region that played into shaping the Catalan culture, people, and region to be as unique as it is. Starting last night, Pantà will be honoring to the Lazio region of Italy with a few dishes in addition to our Catalan fare. Catalonia’s capital, Barcelona, was originally founded by Rome, and was called Bàrcino, as a reitrement community of sorts for aging Roman soldiers. Because of this, the Catalan way of life is more closely inspired by the Italians than many people realize…even more so than Spain in some regards. Pasta, not rice, is even used in the Catalan version of paella called fideuà. We are thrilled to add some delicious offerings inspired by Lazio, the region Rome sits in, to our menu the next month…come see for yourself what , , & have for you!

Our three week popup was so fun and starting last night we have an almost brand new menu of tasty Spanish food and a new initiative from & - we are going to start paying homage to other cultures that influenced the Catalan region or Spain in general and we are starting with Morocco! Peep the dishes and menus here and come meet us all over again. will have new drinks all over the place and we are ready for you every Thursday-Sunday.

So much is happening tonight (6/22) … is entering week two and you need to come eat this food while it exists, drink some amazing Greek wines, and take in the .quarlesiv aesthetic. Also we have a big night tonight as we ring in our guy ’s big 3-0 with special guests & Andrew from on the . Food starts at 5:30…music starts at 9…libations never stop. 🐉❤️🇬🇷🤠
