The first time I made One Pot Orzo Bolognese, I told my family it was “fancy pasta.” They took one bite and immediately requested it again for the next three nights. Now I just call it “family-approved pasta” because let’s be real—who doesn’t love a one-pot, easy cleanup, cheesy dinner?

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
½ cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 cup orzo pasta
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped basil

Instructions
Brown the Beef – In a large skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add Tomatoes and Broth – Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, orzo, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.

Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked rice
½ cup black beans
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup nacho cheese sauce
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
Prepare the Filling – In a bowl, mix the cooked meat with taco seasoning. Set aside.
Assemble the Burrito – Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a thin layer of nacho cheese in the center. Add a portion of rice, black beans, seasoned meat, and sour cream. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Fold and Grill – Roll the burrito tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Place the burrito seam-side down and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar

4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup strawberry jam

What to Do:
Prepare the crust: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

Make the cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

1 can refrigerated pizza dough
6 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut in half
6 cups water
¼ cup baking soda
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Oven & Boil Water
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
Stir in baking soda.
Step 2: Wrap the Cheese
Roll out pizza dough and cut into 12 strips.
Wrap each strip around a piece of mozzarella, sealing the edges.
Step 3: Boil the Pretzels
Drop each wrapped pretzel into the boiling water for 15 seconds.
Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a baking sheet.

1 ½ cups crushed chocolate cookies

½ cup sour cream

6 oz melted dark chocolate 🍫

1 tbsp water

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter.
Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
Divide batter in half:
Mix melted chocolate into one half.
Leave the other half plain.
3. Make the Strawberry Swirl:

Heat strawberries, sugar, and cornstarch mixed with water in a saucepan.
Simmer until thickened (about 5 minutes), then let cool.
4. Assemble & Bake:

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare Mac & Cheese
In a saucepan, melt butter and add milk over medium heat.

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & prepare
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Make the coating
In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
Step 3: Coat the pork chops

Cheesy Garlic Bread

1 loaf French bread (or Italian bread)
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
½ tsp salt

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & prepare the bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
Step 2: Make the garlic butter spread
In a bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt.
Spread the butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.
Step 3: Add cheese & bake
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the buttered bread.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 4: Broil for crispiness
Turn the oven to broil and broil for 1-2 minutes until the top is golden brown.
