It is with very heavy hearts that we share with you that one of our own, our dear Chris Lucchesi has left this world. Chris suffered a sudden medical episode at the restaurant shortly after his shift started last evening. Despite the heroic efforts of his co-workers, EMT and hospital staff, Chris passed away at the hospital yesterday afternoon. We are all heartbroken.
A long-time fixture of restaurant hospitality, Chris found his way to The Majestic a little over six years ago, looking for a place to be himself and do what he did best....making true connections with his guests and working alongside people that shared his passion for good food and making people feel at home. He truly loved being part of the Majestic Family and we will miss his warm smile, fantastic stories, and his ability to know just about every person that came through our doors. While we're still processing this sudden loss, we ask that those of you that knew and loved him be there for each other, showing love, and grace for his partner and family, as well as his Majestic Family.
We hope to celebrate Chris's life but do not have firm plans as of yet. In the meantime, hug your friends and throw on a Pixies album and think good thoughts about our guy Chris.
