As a truly small, owner-operated restaurant, we’re in the kitchen and on the floor every single day. We don’t step away unless we close the doors for a moment, and giving our staff (and ourselves) real time off is one of the most meaningful choices we can make.

We’re deeply grateful for our guests, our Memphis community, our hardworking team, and our Edge District neighbors who make this work possible.
