O Taste See was birth 30 years ago out of my kitchen. My mother knew I was gifted when I received the Easy Bake Oven in the second grade. She knew I was going to be a baker. I did the impossible with that cake mix cake. At O’Taste and See we specialize in individual servings of pies and quiche. We also serve delicious sandwiches, soups (seasonal), salads and other unique dishes during the week. The customers always say” this place is the best keep secret in the area!
I applied for this Grant believing that God had not forgotten me, during the challenges of COVID-19. I plan to continue being a blessing and cooking with purpose, and serving the best “pies and quiche” in Tennessee (voted by USA today 2019). With this grant I can begin to move forward with some equipment upgrades to further enhance O’Taste and See.
