As I reflect on the creation of South Caribbean Cuisine, it make me appreciate all the Blood, Sweat & Years of creating something with flava and soul. In corporate America we are just puppets and making other people rich, but if create your own business it means more than money, it's legacy! I thank every stranger who allow me to take them on a taste of the Caribbean Islands. Ya Mon Mane! We are pleased to announce that South of the Caribbean Islands Foods will be a featured vendor at the 4th Annual International Festival, sponsored by the DeSoto County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The event will take place this Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 10am to 4pm. As with previous events, South of the Caribbean Islands Foods will be premiering their new sauce and seasoning.
